To request a consultation, click Apply and complete the short request form.  You will have the opportunity to identify what you would like to discuss and have a consultant recommended to you by our staff.  A staffperson will contact you within one week after submitting your request to schedule an appointment.

Confidentiality Disclaimer

CFDD consultants will honor any request for confidentiality during the consultation.  There are limited exceptions to maintaining confidentiality: 1) When the consultant determines there is an imminent risk of serious harm, or 2) when information may be required pursuant to a court order or other legal process.
