Applications CANNOT BE SAVED If you exit the application before clicking Apply, any information you have entered will not be saved for editing. If you wish to continue your application, you will be required to re-enter all information and complete the application in its entirety and click Apply to be considered for the program.

All 2019 BWH STARS Required Supporting Materials must received by our office by Monday, January 14, 2019. 

Prepare & Submit Online Application

• Write your Personal Statement – Please describe in 400-750 words your educational and professional goals and how your participation in the BWH STARS Program will assist in meeting your goals.  Be sure to articulate your qualifications and reasons for wishing to participate in this program. 
• Please include a header on all pages with your last name. Upload your personal statement as a Word Document or PDF file. Please be sure your Word document is saved as a .doc file.
• Choose a Photo (2in x 2in) – jpg less than 1MB
• Choose 2 Letter of Recommendation Writers and collect their contact information
• Complete online application and upload your personal statement & photo
• Look for the confirmation screen after submitting your application confirming its successful submission.

Request your Required Supporting Materials and confirm they are to be received by our office by Monday, January 14, 2019:

• 1 Official Transcript from your Current and/or Undergraduate Institution 
  (If you have been at your current institution less than one-year, please submit a transcript from your prior institution)
• 2 Letters of Recommendation – you must make these requests
• 1 Letter of Good Standing(1st Year Medical Students only)
