About the Program:
The Women's Leadership Program is now accepting applications for 2021. This program is geared towards women faculty who would like to engage in a structured learning experience to enhance their personal and professional growth. WLP models a collaborative learning environment for participants to gain essential skills that prepare them for leadership roles within the organization. Each module will be led by a Course Director and may include guest faculty to facilitate discussion. All sessions will occur over zoom.
Who can apply?
The program is targeted to junior faculty women. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Instructor with at least 2 years at rank as of January 1, 2021

Assistant Professors for any number of years at rank

Associate Professor may apply. Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
